Sometimes in life, we forget what we know to be true of ourselves. Life has such a funny (if not bad) way of reminding us when we’ve forgotten our truths and how to live by them. For me, I find that the moments this tends to happen to me are the moments where I’ve gone through some hurt and stress, and because of that, I find it hard to come back to a sense of myself. I hope that if you find yourself in this place, that this reading helps and resonates with you. Let’s see what our cards have to say.

Pixie: lighten up, have some fun, laughing is a good antidote for the trials and anxieties of life

Changling: something or someone is not all they seem, be careful as you may be the victim of fraud or duplicity

The Sea Mither: Powerful creative energy, fertility, abundance, stability, partnership, happy marriage, creating art, music, literature, the birth of a child, perhaps a woman who is intelligent, artistic, honest, and generous


It’s time to lighten up and take some time off. I’ve been working hard for a long time and it’s high time I get some rest, cut loose and make sure I’m taking some time to take care of myself. The phrase “treat yo self” comes to mind right now and given that things have been so tiring and exhausting, I deserve the chance to take some time out. But I do need to be careful with this as there will be some things that are too good to be true. Some decisions I make and some things I choose to be a part of might not be good for me and the people involved with those choices aren’t all they seem. In the long term, I know the period of rest will serve me well and I will be just fine.
