The Alstroemeria, also called the Peruvian Lily or Lily of the Incas originates in Peru, Chile, and Brazil. This gorgeous plant was discovered by a Swedish explorer in the 18th century and a man named Baron Von Alstroemer. This plant is used to convey the ideas of friendship, love, strength, devotion, and mutual support. Things like understanding, emotional bonding, stability, and perseverance also can be conveyed with this flower as well. Various color associations can be made with this flower as well. White can show love, strength, and support, yellow can show vibrancy and fun energy, pink and red can show romance, passion, and playfulness. With this reading, I wanted to know how I can show appreciation for and honor the friends and support system I have created around me. Let’s get to the cards and see what they have to say, shall we?
The Cards

With this reading, I wanted to honor my friends and support system. When I think about all I’ve been through, especially recently, I find that I am so intensely grateful for the love, protection, and support I have around me right now. I have had some heavy burdens and weight on my shoulders. Knowing that I am supported and loved for my authentic self has helped me to achieve balance and know that I can do what I need to do to make my goals and dreams manifest in this reality.
