Alrighty, guys, so we’re back with Marvel, but this time we have Captain America: The First Avenger. Again, this is part of a trilogy but I’ve chosen to focus on the first movie for the sake of expediency, so here we go. This movie was released by Marvel Studios in 2011 and tells the story of Steven Rogers, a rejected military soldier. After participating in a secret program and taking a dose of the “super-soldier serum” he becomes better able to do his job. However, becoming Captain America has its costs as he focuses his attention on stopping a cruel warmonger and a terrorist from doing harm. This movie stars Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Haley Atwell, Sebastian Stan and was directed by Joe Johnston

Right off the bat, I’m seeing that I've been facing time and again because there are burdens in the things I am pursuing that I’m not ready to shoulder at this time. But this isn’t all loss, doom, and gloom because there are opportunities to pursue what inspires and fires me up. What takes some endurance and perseverance to overcome is the knowledge that people, close to me and otherwise, might not have my best intentions to heart. I need to be aware of this and adjust myself mentally as the need arises from it. This will allow changes to happen, especially because I will become someone who can take action on their mental and intellectual pursuits. I will be able to see what progress I’ve made and assess whether the efforts I’ve given to the things I’m doing are worth what I’m getting out of it. I may have to really focus on this though and this may come at the cost of opportunities that could be better for me. This could be risky but I know that I am not totally down and out if things don’t work out in my favor.
