Okay friend, so I don’t know about you, but I can sense when deep change is about to happen for me. It’s almost never comfortable and it’s definitely not as easy as one might like to think. However, when these changes happen, no matter how seemingly traumatic and sudden, it’s always for the better. So, this is an interesting post to read back on because what I’m seeing generally, is that there is a lot of expansion that you are doing at this time. I love to see this because spoiler alert, this is a long overdue experience for you. Previously, it seems that there has been blocks in your energy that have made you feel quite stuck and uncomfortable where you are. What has resulted from this is that you have gone inward; you have done some deep reflecting to find what it is you need to focus yourself to. The thing this triggered for you, is a sense that you’d prepared well for a time of healing and transmutation of old energies and it’s this that I sense has been desperately needed for you to do.

The results of this work are that you have allowed yourself to connect with your intuitive body and the higher cosmic frequencies that feed and nourish it. The natural world has helped with this as well. Other things have come forward through this work and what is especially nice to see is that you have tapped into your inner wisdom and allowed yourself to go with the flow. Even better, but no less important is that you are allowing yourself to internalize new pieces of knowledge, learning and wisdom that will help you move forward with understanding.
