Alright friend, it’s been a lot of change and emotionally charged energy during this time and it’s been so intense that I can feel a desire to change the tone a little bit here. I don’t blame you; it’s been a lot. But what can we do with ourselves to make sure that we’re safely and gently making these changes? What do we have at our disposal to make these changes stick? Observation and reflection is going to help you tap in to what the Universal energies have created for you.
