Hello friends. So if we’ve just met and if you know me well enough, you’ll know, or learn soon enough that I have generalized anxiety and depression. I’m not unique in mentioning this, however, with the way things have gone with the pandemic and the fallout from that, myself and a lot of people have suffered with their mental health. I went into this reading thinking about what I would want someone to hear if I were trying to encourage them with their mental health journey. I hope that sentiment comes through, and I especially hope that if you are struggling along the way, that you know you’re not alone and that help is there for you if you should need it. I love you so much friends, so let's see what the cards have to say to us today.

Okay so first things first, lets acknowledge and actualize that there are some stresses and anxieties in your space right now. These perhaps, are causing you to feel dissatisfied and ill at ease in your situation, especially because there are some broken illusions around this issue. Perhaps the information that broke your perception of this came to you out of the blue, and you weren’t ready for it. Now there is conflict and drama that you’re dealing with because you’re trying to make the information you have now reconcile with what you thought you knew. Perhaps all this is past you now, and some time out needs to be taken for you to observe the negativity in your space and with the situation so you can cut ties with it and heal yourself. When you do this, you’ll likely find that this ability grows and you’re able to stay positive when conflict arises around you, and you’ll be able to take action in an honorable, compassionate and nurturing way.
On top of that, there’s a celebratory aspect here, believe it or not. You have endured through the hardships of this situation, and you’re now able to take action on the creative energies you have locked away in you. Give yourself a round of applause for this friend, because I feel that this is where your light shines the brightest. You have become someone who can fearlessly take action in your goals, internalizes lessons learned and apply the lessons learned from doing this.
