I think it’s natural for us as human beings to feel a little nervous and uncomfortable when we’re at the start of a new endeavor or path. It stands to reason that we’re nervous, scared and without knowledge of what’s coming around the next bend in the road. However, even if we don’t know specifically how we’re supported, sometimes knowing that we have support at all can give us confidence and strength to move forward. I am the dreamer of my dreams. Honestly, I don’t think I could have come up with a more perfect or profound theme and title for this reading. I know in the last large scale reading I did, I mentioned that the positivity of the reading was part of the reason I like it so much. Yeah, that’s still true, however this is an example of the theme and the reading fitting together perfectly. Now you might be asking, Meg, how is this working together. Well let me tell you (because I definitely heard you ask *winkwink*) Very basically, The Fool and The Magician cards and the first two cards in the Major Arcana. In my eyes, they are the starting energies, the sparks that get our spiritual energy on its way. They haven’t been worked on through the journey of the Major Arcana and there is a lot of potential with these cards because they’re relatively unformed and new.

The first thing I noticed right off the bat is that I drew The Fool and The Magician cards TWICE EACH. This means to me that there is a lot of new and magickal energy with these cards and I find this bodes well with the theme. The Fool energy might seem hasty and unformed because it hasn’t gone through the journey of growing and changing. But, I think within reason, this is a good thing because it shows that we are at the start of something fun and interesting. We’ve chosen to take the first steps into the unknown and it’s going to be nerve wracking and scary for a while, but we’re not alone, especially when it comes to being supported energetically. The Magician energy is on our side because we’re being shown that we have all of what it takes to create our own magic. We’re strong creatures and we’ll create the path we’re meant to take while we’re on it. Along the way, things will change and there will be ups and downs, twists and turns. But given what we already know about the energies we already have to hand, navigating the life road we’re on won’t be so hard for us. We have support, encouragement and ultimately, there will be confidence in knowing that we have the ability to create our own magic and that we are in charge of creating our own lives. We are the dreamers of our own dreams.
