Deck used is the Everyday Tarot by Bridgit Esselmont
One of the themes I’m seeing through all of this is the idea that I am in fact, a natural-born leader. This is an interesting thing to see, especially because I never would have thought to describe myself in this way. Perhaps I need to lean into this quality a lot more.
The Cards

5 of wands: conflict, disagreement, competition, opinions being loudly voiced, listen carefully or remove yourself from the drama
2 of swords: challenging decisions need making but you are unsure how to proceed. Step back and gather as much information as you can. This will help you get on the right path.
King of pentacles: you are confident and able to translate your vision into something tangible, practical, and lucrative, you are an entrepreneur.
3 of pentacles: collaboration, synergy, achievements, balancing wisdom of the experienced with the ideas of the novices in your team
10 of wands: Burdens, responsibilities, doing the work for the long haul to accomplish your goals and reap the rewards for your work.
This reading is showing me that I am in fact, a natural leader and that I need to lean into this energy a lot more. The thing that strikes me so profoundly about this is that even though people have told me I have natural leadership abilities, I never would have believed them. I do have what it takes to navigate through tough choices and balance things when they get difficult. I am also confident in my abilities and that I’ve made the right choice in choosing to take on the work for the long haul. There are rewards to be gained from this work. While all of this is very good and I am grateful for being shown this energy, there is a dark side I need to be aware of, and that is that I can take this energy too far. It could become overbearing, so to mitigate this happening, I need to listen carefully to the opinions being voiced to me as well as stay aware of what is going on around me.
