Decks used are the Movie Tarot by Diana McMahon Collis, the Herbal tarot by Michael Tierra, Animal Power Oracle by Alyson Charles and the Native Spirit Oracle by Denise Linn

Okay so recently, I’ve been feeling certain parts of this time of transformation a bit more than other parts and the idea of letting go seems to be coming up a lot for us. I’ve been shown here and there and quite plainly too, that there are some things I need to work on still for myself. Now, because my thoughts are spiraling in a million different places, I wonder what we need to see here and what’s the reward for all of this work we’re doing to let go. Let’s see some cards and find out, shall we?

Flowing River: Everything is falling into place because you aren’t resisting the drift of the great river of life. It’s time to let go because you’re entering a period of gracious ease and flow.

Grandfather Sky: this is your time to reach for the sky, expansive energy, vitality, health, healing and passion, these qualities are expanding in your life

Medicine Woman/Medicine Man: Profound inner and outer healing is occurring, you’re a natural healer and you’re on the mend because a situation is being resolved.

Spirit Keeper of the East: new beginnings, a fresh cycle is occurring in your life because you’re wiping the slate clean. It’s time to release the old and start again.

Mountain Goat: keep going

Mountain Lion: Initiate embodied Leadership

Sloth: Seek Nature’s wisdom

8 of Cups: leaving behind disappointments and pains of the past for new horizons and fields to water

3 of Cups: celebrating your support system and a job well done, spontaneous celebrations and simple pleasures

7 of swords: deceptions, clandestine motives, what goes on behind closed doors, check your motives and that of others.

What strikes me about this post is the idea that you’re leaving behind things that aren’t serving you anymore so you can embody a leadership position in your life. This is going to come from going with the flow of things instead of resisting them and accepting that new beginnings are coming your way and when I say you deserve these things in your life, friend I mean every word of it. We all go through times where things haven’t gone our way, nor have people been honest and fully transparent with us. This can be especially painful when the betrayals come from someone we count as a friend or trusted person. Sometimes those betrayals and disappointments can be so hard to deal with because they threaten our sense of peace and well being. But in all of this, perhaps you have chosen to keep moving forward and sought wisdom from yourself by going within. This has helped you heal and reach for something better and healthier for yourself and in your life.
