Decks used are the Work Your Light Oracle by Rebecca Campbell and the Sirian Starseed Tarot by Alyssa Barthi and Patricia Cori

Admittedly, I am in a space of experiencing the end of a friendship at this time and unfortunately, I’ve had to treat this person as if they are a stranger to me. this is how they’ve presented themselves to me recently, and it’s tough to deal with. This is the entire theme of the song I chose... little did I know how relatable it would become. In any case, I wanted to take the theme of friendship to strangers and run with it. What can I do to make this situation easier to deal with? Let's get to some cards and found out, shall we?

The Cards

cards pulled from various decks

I have ended a relationship in such a way that the other person has become a stranger to me. What can I do to authentically send their energy on its way so I don’t ruminate over what was?

  • master of crystals (king of coins): someone who is aware of their inherent worth and in charge of their abundance and how to safely and generously distribute it

  • The Crumbling: what are you clinging onto?

  • Two of Chalices: union, harmony, a blending of two energies, and the spark of new love

  • Priestess: how are you being called to step up and lead.

From what perspective is the other person likely operating from? How can I integrate these ideas into my process of moving on from this relationship?

  • Sage of chalices (queen of cups): generous, loving, and nurturing of emotional and spiritual growth in others.

  • The Initiation: Rite of Passage, crossing the threshold

  • Karma: coming out of a place of darkness into one of light, heeding a call, and coming home

  • Mirror: who or what is triggering you?

Okay, so what I’m seeing with this post is the way this relationship ended in a way that hasn’t left communication open for either of you to help each other understand what went wrong and how those things can be rectified in the future. If you’re anything like me, a lot of the attention gets focused on yourself and this can cause a bit of a problem, especially if you’re prone to ruminating (much like me...) from the looks of the cards I can see that you need to remember that you are someone who is inherently worthy of the good things you have in your life and that there will be an opportunity to harmonize and reignite a new love in your space again. The way you do this here is to let what isn’t meant for you fall away so you can step up to the reigns and lead yourself on your way. To get some perspective on the other person involved, perhaps this person was generous and loving to you and this helped you nurture your own emotional growth. But as with all things, life changes, and the other person is coming out of their own darkness and coming into one of light. this is a rite of passage for them and the best you can do for them now is make sure you understand what triggers you in all of this so you can move forward with all of this.
