Deck used is the Everyday Tarot by Bridgit Esselmont
So if you know me well, and even if you don’t, you might have guessed that I battle with anxiety and depression occasionally. Sometimes this is difficult to deal with, especially with being in quarantine and isolation. I’m not unique in this regard and I hope that if you find yourself resonating with this reading, you know that you’re not alone. In any case, I wanted to understand how the quarantine has affected me and what I can do to make sure I’m taking the best care of myself that I can. Again, if you find yourself resonating with this reading, I hope this helps.
The Cards

9 of wands: resilience and standing tall in the face of exhaustion, persistence, being close to the finish line
Queen of cups: supporter, nurturer, mother, being compassionate and listening with the heart, creative and in flow with the energies around you.
The hanged man: life on hold, temporary suspension, perhaps a change in perspective will do some good for you
Life has been on hold for a while now and it’s caused a lot of stress and tension for me. Being an anxious human being, I find that sometimes, I wake up and have trouble falling back asleep because my brain runs through all the things that could happen and all the things I should have done and could have done differently. But I need to understand that what I am feeling is temporary; it won’t last forever if I look at things from another perspective. Even if it lasts a bit, the fact that the life I thought I wanted might not be for me if I choose to focus on other things after the suspension lifts. In the meantime, I need to use resilience and the fact that I have a supportive, nurturing, and compassionate energy around me to see things through when things get tough to handle. This will help me stay in flow with whatever energies happen to be around me.
