Decks used are Work You Light Oracle by Rebecca Campbell and the Sirian Starseed Tarot: Alyssa Barthi and Patricia Cori

Whenever I listen to this song, I always get the image of a bird flying to the horizon and someone (I tend to put myself in this image for some reason) is watching it. I get the sense that there is some sadness on the part of the person watching the bird, but with this reading, I’ve chosen to look at it from the potential perspective of the bird. I’m starting over and I sense that there is a new journey beginning for me. How do I do what needs doing so I can really be open to the potential of this new journey? Let’s draw some cards and find out.

The Cards

cards pulled from various decks

It’s time to spread my wings and fly. What can I do to make sure I am doing the best I can and to make the most of this new journey?.

  • Adept of chalices (knight of cups): someone who takes action on their emotional and spiritual growth, open book, wears their hearts on their sleeves

  • The Initiation: Rite of passage, crossing the threshold

I have learned and gained new perspectives on the world around me. What lessons am I taking with me during this time and how can I integrate these messages into my space during this time.

  • Four of flames (wands): a celebration of a job well done and a firm foundation upon which to build your goals

  • boundaries: where do you need to establish better boundaries

Is there anything I should know about the path I’m following at this time that will help me make the most of the journey?

  • Ace of flames (wands): a new opportunity comes in to pursue your passions and inspirations

  • Priestess: how are you being called to step up and lead.

With this reading, I’m seeing that the time has come for me to open my wings and fly and in order to do this in the best way I can, I need to become someone who can take action on their emotional and spiritual growth. I am initiating a rite of passage for myself here, and I need to be able to understand how to do this in the best way possible. there have been lessons learned in my space thus far and the way to integrate these into my mental space during this time is to celebrate the progress I’ve made so far. I have done the best job I can to make sure that I have a solid foundation to move forward on and healthy boundaries with myself and other people. In this way, I’ll be at my best to accept new opportunities to pursue my passions and inspirations as well as step up and lead.
