The Cards

7 of wands: Here, you find yourself in a high position but you’re having to stand in defense of it because people want to knock you off your footing. This card is asking you to remain self-confident and have courage that you are doing the best you can. Sure, it won’t always be easy, but you’re at the top of your game and you’ve earned the right to be there.

8 of Swords: this card denotes a time of challenge that may appear too much for you to handle because it seems beyond your capabilities. Keep in mind, that you are only as trapped as you let yourself be. You can overcome any situation because your bonds aren’t holding you as tightly as you think they are.

The star: Wishes, Happiness, astronomy, optimism

6 of swords:This card denotes a time where you may have to cut ties with something you desired and move on. This won’t be an easy one to make as it will be painful. The journey will be fraught with danger and things you might not want to face. But when you’ve completed the journey, you’ll see that it was so worth the effort and sacrifice.

6 of pentacles: this card is about giving and receiving help. You may be in a position where you are generously giving of your resources, but there is an expectation of being helped down the line when you are in need of something someone else has.

The thing I need to know for today is that I am in a place in my life that some people envy. I am going to have to fight for my right to be at the top. Even though I’ve earned the right to be where I am, there will be some people that want to knock me off my game because they want to be where I am. There are a few secrets of this, one being that it’s going to challenge me being in this place. I’m only trapped as I let myself be and my bonds aren’t as tightly wound as I think they are. I can handle this situation because I have guidance and light to see me through. Perhaps I need to cut ties and let go and while this may bring me pain, it will surely clear space for new energy and blessings to come in and manifest for me. The other secret here is that I will be able to pay things forward when someone helps me. Blessed be.
