Okay so I must admit that this is one of my favorite Marvel movies I’ve chosen to highlight The Avengers this month because I love all the characters together, and it brought me quite a lot of laughter (if you know, you know…you know?) This movie was released in 2012 and tells the story of the world's greatest heroes and they try to stop Loki, the God of Mischief from destroying the world and harming its inhabitants. It was directed by Joss Whedon and stars Robert Downey Jr. Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson.
Cards

Significator:
3 of Pentacles- teamwork, synergy, collaboration
How can I best balance my energies with those of my team to make the best possible outcome come out of this situation
5 of wands: conflict, drama, take a step back if you can
8 of poles (wands): information coming in fast, stay on your toes, and pay attention
There is negative energy in the space that has affected my team. What can we do to progress forward, even if we are hurting at this time?
8 of swords: feeling trapped and hemmed in. You can get out if you change your perspective
King of pots (cups): having the ability to feel your feelings and not becoming overwhelmed by them
In spite of our differences, what commonalities do my team and I have
9 of cups: being in a place of mental, physical and emotional well being, bountiful and pleasing energies
The tower: drastic and sudden changes, catastrophe, there is value in the rubble
So with this reading, I’m seeing that if myself and my team are going to make anything of the goals we’ve set, we need to recognize where conflicts and drama are coming in and use this to step back to get a read on our situation. If teamwork, synergy,, and collaboration are the goals we want, we need to pay attention and stay flexible, especially because we have information coming into us that may require us to course-correct if needed. Perhaps there are a few teammates around us that are feeling unsafe or unheard, and this is making the work we’re trying to do difficult, but the trick is to have them feeling acknowledged so they can process their emotions safely and without feeling belittled by them. This will make space for commonalities to come through, such as feeling safe and secure when things don’t go as planned.
