Sometimes, we get into situations with people where we’ve done the best we can, to be honest, and defend our actions to them but it seems we can’t make these people see things from our perspective. I know that when I find myself in this situation with certain people, I see the situation through the eyes of empathy (which isn’t easy) and it helps me recognize the hurt the other person may be experiencing. But what happens when you have anxiety around knowing you need to let go of the emotional baggage people put on you? Let’s see what the cards have to say, shall we?

To help myself put down the emotional baggage of my situation, I need to stop and rethink things for a moment. There have been things that I haven’t really seen through and perhaps this has clouded my judgment a bit. Secondarily to this, there have been times where I’ve associated with people that would seek to do me harm behind my back. The thing that will help me here is sifting through the fallacy and the illusion of certain people to see the truth of them. I’ll be able to navigate the negativity around the situation and put down the hurt and the emotional baggage that isn’t for me to carry. In doing this, I will see rewards in the form of creating the abundance I want to share, projects coming to fruition, and establishing deeper roots and stronger foundations for myself. Focusing my energy on making progress will help me to see the things I want for my life come to pass. The best thing is that through all of this, I will be supported and loved it.
