So I’m a firm believer in the Rule of Three. Essentially, this states that whatever energy a person puts into the world, be it positive or negative, will be revisited on them three times. This idea has helped me to look at the kinds of things I want to put in the world because I feel this idea helps me to think about what kind of energies I want to put out there. If I don’t want negative experiences to happen to me, I need to try to not be so negative. So in this regard, lets see what kinds of things I need to be putting in the world for today…

The message I’m gleaning right off the top is that I need to analyze the energy I put into the world, especially when there is some negativity and dark design behind what I’m doing. I need to check the motivations of what I’m doing, especially because of the fact that there will be consequences for my behaviors, good or bad. How can I do this? One thing I need to do on occasions is take some time to rest and reconnect with the natural forces around me. Even though there may be a period of change coming to me, it seems that there will be good times ahead, especially if I take the time out. I need to stop underestimating my own magic and my ability to make it from the things around me. Sometimes, with everything going on in the world, it’s hard to see just how magical all of us truly are, and we set ourselves up to fail before we even understand what good we’re capable of. I feel like this is one of the reasons why a lot of people grow tired and unhappy with the lives they lead, because they don’t realise how magical and magnificent they are as people.

One very good thing I can gain from this is the idea of truth, clarity and insights into the situations around me. This will help in a lot of ways because once I get to the heart of the matters at hand for me, I’ll be able to move forward on my goals and I’ll be able to be the brave, compassionate leader and authority of my own life. There will be a time for friendship, happiness, and contentment to come soon, but I need to continue working to launch and actualize the potential I know I have and to work past any hurts and negative energies I’ve been holding on to. I have so many good and wonderful things to look forward to down the line and I can’t really be present with those things if I don’t look up from whatever miserable, negative thing I’m feeling and accept the blessings Spirit is trying to give to me.

And most importantly, I need to hold onto the idea that nothing about what I’m doing is solely about me. There are so many people in this world around me and not everyone chooses the life I’ve chosen for myself. But that isn’t a precursor to shutting them out because they’re different. No, this is not the case, and I don’t want to do that to people. Ever. As a bit of personal history about me: I grew up in a very Christian household, where the idea of loving everyone in spite of the differences between people was taught to me very prevalently. Now you might be thinking on how much of a difference being Pagan and being Christian is. There are some differences, don’t get me wrong. But the idea of loving and being compassionate towards others is what I believe the common thread between the two is. The Golden Rule in the Bible and the Rule of Three feel essentially the same to me. If you want good things to come to you, put good out in the world for others and don’t treat them poorly unless you want poor treatment to come to you.. The energy you give to the Universe comes back around, whether that energy is negative or positive. Please keep in mind guys, that this is based on my understanding of the research I’ve done on where the idea of the Rule of Three came from. Get in touch with me if you have concerns or feedback on this front.

Blessed Be.
