Photo credits go to the artist and creators of each deck. There are too many here to list individually so I’d encourage you to see the sources tab on the front page if you’re interested in any of these decks.

So one thing I’ve started noticing about myself is that I really (and I mean REALLY) enjoy reading tarot, to the point that I’ve amassed over 20 decks and have managed to use all of them at one point. I’ve made two review videos for my YouTube channel which I will link below if you’re interested (I’ll disclaim here that my channel isn’t specifically tailored to tarot reading so please be advised of that if you choose to view it.) I’ll say right now to anyone who is new to tarot

reading that you don’t need as many decks as I have. You can do an effective job with one or two decks if you find a few that resonate with you. One thing that keeps the energies around my decks active is to use them for giant readings, in which I pull a card from each of my decks and read their meanings all together. I typically go into readings like this without a specific question or thought in mind because I like to message come to me organically. For this post, I’d like to share what this might look like. Prepare your eyeballs… it’s going to be a lot. I should also mention before going on, that I have both oracle and standard tarot decks, so some of these may look a bit off from each other.

Things to keep in mind here guys: I am quoting directly from each of the guidebooks for

each deck these cards are found in. The words are not my own interpretation and I give full and complete credits to the writers and artists of each deck presented here. The photos were taken by myself but all the artwork on the cards themselves are credited to the creators.

Yeah there’s a lot here… But I think this is giving me a good bit to think about. Basically what I’m getting from this is that, as with everything in life, we are on a journey. Wherever that might bring us, however it ends and wherever it goes from that ending, we face decisions, hardships, struggles and competition. Sometimes we have to step back in order to make those choices and sometimes, we need to engage with the world to see where to turn next. Either way, we have support along the way and the ability to feel new, rejuvenated and balanced after a period of anxiety. We may have been at the bottom of Fortune’s wheel, but we will come back up again. Personally, there is a sense that I am able to lead myself through struggles I’m facing because I’ve been through difficulties in the past. These have tested my strength and determination, but I’ve come through with new a light in me and important lessons learned. Just when it feels like I have nothing and I’m totally lost, knowing I am made from love and aligning with that idea will

set me on the right path.

One thing that stands out to me is the idea of watching the words I use. This is mentioned with the Parrot Spirit. This rings so very loud, clear and true for me for a few reasons. I am definitely guilty of the effects of not watching how I use my words. I am guilty of hurting people (unintentionally and otherwise). I’ve lost friends because of this and perhaps I’ve deserved this end. But I also know the power of words when they’re used wisely too. They have the power to inspire, to create, to comfort. The fact that humans evolved the physical structures to speak and use language is astounding to me and, especially as a writer, I know that I have an especially powerful tool (literally) at my fingertips. Even what I use in my self-talk is powerful enough to affect me. I get here because I had drawn the parrot spirit in a past reading that suggested the anxiety I kept feeling was of my own making. I needed to be kind to myself and watch my words because negative self-talk can be just as harmful as being bullied by a stranger.
