A new week is upon us friends, and there are many possibilities for new adventures and projects to start for us. Perhaps we might not be feeling secure with our activities just yet; heaven knows I’m in that camp right now. I’m thinking a deep dive into my cards might be the thing that helps me to figure out what needs to happen with my week ahead. Here we go.
The Cards

The Fool: new journey, first steps, hasty choices
9 of swords: anxiety, paranoia hopelessness
The Hanged Man: a turning point, acceptance of a situation, sacrifice
4 of swords: retreat, rest, recovery
Death: new beginning, transformation, rebirth
Strength: resolve, conviction, inner determination
6 of swords: travel, leaving the past behind, transition
Page of hazards: responsible, determination, new beginnings
Page of wands: Youthful, high goals, need for growth
7 of swords: Theft, sabotage, deception
Bonus: 6 of cups: nostalgia, memories, old flames
Bonus: 2 of wands: choices, crossroads, decisions
So the general reading I’m getting is that the week is just beginning and it’s tough to know what will happen just yet. It might go well, it might not. We must face the real possibility that this might happen for us. There might be some nerves and anxiety around all that we have to do for the week, but there will be chances for us to make something of the coming days. We may have to just accept that the coming week may not go as planned. Yeah that’s going to suck if it happens, however, this might be a sign to step back, rest and recover ourselves so we can come back new and try again at another time.
For the day to day, we’ll need to draw on our strength and conviction to get things done. It may seem hard to do but if we can rely on our conviction and inner determination, we’ll see ourselves transform and transition from old energies and ways of being into new, responsible beings. There is always going to be a need for growth to achieve our goals, but the youthful energy we’re seeing come through for us is useful because it will give us the energy we need to keep going. Some days we’re going to need to be careful and watch out for where deceptive and sabotaging energies are coming in, especially if it is us doing the deceiving and sabotaging of ourselves. These energies aren’t good for us to hold onto, especially when it holds us back from making the choices we need to make and doing the things we need to do. There will be a chance to sit back and reminisce about times gone past however, and these things will feel sweeter at the end of a good day.
